VR+ Voice for Twitter / Facebook / Blogger / MySpace App Reviews

I thought this would be the perfect AP for me but I cant even use it. When I start the AP it goes right into record mode. If I try to stop the recording, the whole AP crashes and shuts down. I cant even get into the settings because it goes right into record mode. Do not buy because its super buggy.

Last 20 attempts failed in both 3G and WiFi. No assistance from support as of this date.

I have also contacted support with no answer back. This app doesnt load to my social networks. It would be an absolutely awesome app if it ran as stated. If its just my iPhone thats the issue or something that Im not doing,, I will be happy to retract but with no word from tech support...

Sent to Twitter with high audio quality. Didnt notice any bumps or bruises with uploading. Voice detection is incredibly useful, too. You can listen to recordings from the links on an iPhone, too, which is great. If youre concerned about that, Id advise not getting TweetMic, as it only plays in Flash. Great app. Grab it at $0.99 and Im sure you wont be sorry. iPhone 3G, OS 3.0

I love this app the only problem is I think Im over tweeting with it haha but that more of my problem, anyways I love it worth evey dime

This audio app is soo easy to use. I definitely recommend it. It has so many features at a great price. Also it saves as MP3 so it is compatible on other mobile devices which cant play most of the other recording formats. Definitely recommend ! =)

Ive bought virtually every voice recorder for the iPhone and this one is by far the best. These are the adantages over other recorders: 1. Records in mp3 format. MP3 is the most universal file format so it plays on any digital device. 2. Selectable record quality. Choose between 32, 64, 128 and 192 bitrates. 128 is CD quality. The MP3 format gives the best sound quality with the smallest file size over the other aiff, wav and caf formats. 64k is 0.5mb/min. 128k is 1mb/min. At 64k you get over 30 hours of recording per GB. 3. Auto-pause. You can set it to pause automatically during silence when recording. The auto-pause is unbelievable. Normally recorders that pause during silence will chop off the beginning when sound resumes after pausing. I stopped and started several times and there was absolutely no indication of a pause. VR picked up immediately without chopping off a single syllable. I even held the phone at arms length and talked softly and it still worked flawlessly. It pauses after roughly 2 seconds of silence. I have a 3GS so I dont know whether this feature works as smooth on slower models. 4. File name stays the same during transfer. When you transfer a recording to your computer or email it, the file name stays the same as what you name it. With some of the voice recorders, when you rename a file and transfer it, the name of the file is the original file number assigned by the program, not what you have named it 5. When you rename a file, the cursor starts at the end of the date and time. This makes it easy if you want to keep thr date and/or time in the file name. 6. Record quality and volume is excellent. Although this does not have various recording profiles such as conference, lecture hall or close up mode, the record quality is excellent and suitable for virtually any situation. 7. Easy to access functions after record. Easy to continue recording, rename, email, share or delete a recording. The one thing VR+ does not have are record meters or adjustable input volume but the recordings are just as good or better than any recorder with meters. For the most part, the meters look fancy but arent that practical on the iPhone. The automatic level control of this program works great and I really dont need the meters except for the cool look of moving meters. This program removed all of the shortcomings of every other program that Ive tried. SUPER PROGRAM!!!

The worst app ever. It doesnt sync with any of the account once you set it up! I finally got it to work on Myspace and it put it into my blog with a broken link! Dont bother! Please VR+ please refund the money to my account. Zindy

Why do apps insist on doing too much? I want to record an MP3—not a CAF, not an M4A, but an MP3—and send it to someone. Why would an app developer be so stupid as to think he or she can create a better email interface than the one that exists? Ive had an iPhone 2+ years, Ive probably send 5,000 emails from it. Yet here comes VR+ that replaces a standard, known, USABLE interface with a pile of crap. Take a lesson from Steve Jobs—simpler is better. This app is neither simpler nor better.

Doesnt sync, doesnt connect to account. Doesnt email files. Doesnt work!!! Try free version first.

This app is terrible in every substantive way. The sharing function for recorded files does not work correctly and prevents you from working with any third party software This is the first app I have ever purchased that I felt deserves a rating lower than the minimum I am allowed to enter. Do not waste your money on this app.

I needed to do a phone blast message at the last minute.... Recorded an mp3 and emailed it to myself within one minute of purchasing app. Amazing set up and easy controls, dont know why people are complaining. Probably cause they arent that smart. Thanks vr, told all my fb friends about you
